COMPARING ALTERNATIVE METHODS:
Having created an SMV for a process you can then re-engineer the process and then retime it. Hopefully, the re-engineered process has improved the process and reduced the SMV. From this, you can then identify which process is more cost effective.
Often used to reduce turnover, boost morale and loyalty, improve employee wellness, increase retention, and drive employee performance.
IDENTIFYING UNDER PERFORMING EMPLOYEES:
